Much like the Bak Chor Mee, there are also two main stalls where people get their sambal stingray from at Bedok 85, Chan BBQ and Chomp Chomp BBQ. Personally, I prefer Chomp Chomp BBQ as they use more dried shrimp in their sambal, resulting in a smokey, savoury slice of sambal stingray.
