Kumoya Opens a Second Outlet With Rilakkuma as Their First Theme!

Yes, you heard us right! Kumoya has a second outlet now!

Kumoya Cafe is well-known for its character-themed pop-up cafes with their latest collaboration – Gudetama x Bad Badtz-Maru. Their second outlet officially opens on 29 August 2020 at Orchard Central, #04-08. As compared to their first outlet at Bugis, their second outlet is much larger. What does this mean? Lesser queue and shorter waiting time!

Kumoya@Orchard Central is bigger at 2000 sq ft, brighter, overlooking Singapore’s renowned Orchard Road shopping district and with a configuration that shouts kawaii, and more kawaii. The new branch comes with a private room for you to celebrate special occasions.

The first pop-up café at their second outlet is themed “Rilakkuma -The Relax Café” and it will be the first semi-permanent San-X characters pop-up café in South East Asia. This will be a year-long collaboration between San-X, Japan and Kumoya@Orchard Central, with various San-X characters making their appearance in the pop-up café.

“Rilakkuma” means “Bear in relaxed mood”. At all time and everywhere Rilakkuma goes Rilakkuma is continuously lazy and relaxed Rilakkuma is totally stress-free and also doing things at his own pace.
