Nissin introduces brand new Hokkaido Miso Japanese Ramen. We try out the flavours and find our favourite
What do you think of at the mention of “instant noodles”?
You could be thinking dry or immensely unhealthy noodles. I know I would think instantly of unhealthy meals with no ingredients. Nissin challenges that with their newest line of Hokkaido Miso Japanese Ramen. I was dubious when I first saw it (ramen again!) but upon trying it, I was pleasantly surprised.
I tried the Tokyo Shoyu flavour. The soup was thick and comfortingly tasty, with hints of umami. I liked the toouch of nori seaweed as garnish. It was a great substitute for my regular meal and it was ready in under five minutes. Talk about ease!
The Japanes Ramen range is Halal certified and available in supermarkets across the island.
