Matcha Crepe ($18) was simple yet satisfying. French chestnut cream is tucked into thin and soft folds of crepe, with vanilla chantilly served on the side.
While the sweetness from the chestnut overpowered the matcha flavours, the creation’s silky and creamy textures come together nicely.
In support of the Singapore Children’s Society OCBC-TODAY Children’s Fund, “Food for Dreams”, a dollar will be donated for every order of the selected Matcha items (as indicated in green in the attached menu).
Five dollar ($5) from the sale of each La Carte Fetish Matcha will be donated to the campaign. More information here.
