3. Matcha Pasta

The only savoury creation in the line-up, Matcha Pasta ($26) features hand-cut pasta made from dough that has been mixed with matcha powder.

Garnished with marinated kombu, sakura ebi, morel mushrooms and black truffle paste, with matcha powder on the side, the dish packs a punch with earthy, umami flavours.

In support of the Singapore Children’s Society OCBC-TODAY Children’s Fund, “Food for Dreams”, a dollar will be donated for every order of the selected Matcha items (as indicated in green in the attached menu).
