2. Matcha Strawberry Shortcake

Antoinette’s signature cake is ‘matcha-fied’, resulting in the Matcha Strawberry Shortcake ($9).

With sponge layers that deliver a very light hint of matcha, each bite of the cake offers a nice contrast between the bittersweet matcha and juicy strawberries.

In support of the Singapore Children’s Society OCBC-TODAY Children’s Fund, “Food for Dreams”, a dollar will be donated for every order of the selected Matcha items (as indicated in green in the attached menu).
