For ladies only, the five-course dinner ($138) features the renowned celebrity chef’s classic French fare executed with elegance, topped with a free flow of Veuve Cliquot Champagne.
Fresh sea scallop swimming in a sea of coconut and coriander sauce
Play catch up over dishes like La Saint-Jacques, a sea scallop done “a la plancha” with coconut and coriander sauce and Le Homardfeaturing Maine lobster on delicate guacamole with crunchy baby vegetables and turmeric oil.
Dessert takes the form of the delicious La Mangue, which features a medley of fresh mango with grapes and blackcurrant jelly and coconut smoothness.
The restaurant’s famous bread and dessert trolleys will also be available during the dinner service.
