1. Lantica Pizzeria Da Michele Singapore

Naples’ iconic pizzeria, L’antica Pizzeria Da Michele, has finally opened its doors in Singapore, bringing a taste of authentic Neapolitan pizza to the city. Established in 1870, this renowned establishment is famous for its traditional, wood-fired pizzas, made with the same centuries-old recipe and techniques as the original pizzeria in Naples.

The Singapore outpost offers a true taste of Italy, with a menu featuring classic Neapolitan pizzas like the Margherita (S$28++) and Marinara (S$22++), the original pizzas that started it all. Beyond the beloved staples, explore a delightful mix of red (le rosse) and white-based (le bianche) pizzas. Highlights include the Cetara (S$34++) with briny anchovies, pecorino Romano, olives, capers, Fior di Latte, and a tomato base. For those with a bold palate, try the Provola & Pepe (S$29) with smoked provola cheese and cracked pepper, or the spicy Diavola (S$34++) with fiery Spianata Calabra salami.

Each handcrafted pizza is a ruota di carro, a unique Neapolitan-style pizza with an exceptionally thin and wide crust that extends beyond the plate. Topped with simple, authentic Italian ingredients, this classic pizza is a must-try whether you’re a pizza lover or simply looking for a delicious Italian meal!

2. Na Oh

Get ready for a culinary adventure as acclaimed three-Michelin-starred Chef Corey Lee unveils his latest venture, Na Oh. Located at the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center, Na Oh is not just a restaurant, but a cultural hub blending Korean cuisine, craft, and design. This much-anticipated opening marks an exciting collaboration between the world-renowned chef and the innovative automotive company.

‘Na Oh,’ which means ‘moving from inside out’ in Korean, promises a unique dining experience that blends traditional Korean cuisine with modern innovation. Chef Corey Lee, known for his groundbreaking San Francisco restaurant Benu, will bring his culinary vision to Singapore, offering a distinctive and immersive experience.

Na Oh has launched its Flavors of Korean Autumn with a new seasonal menu! Priced at S$78 per person, the four-course prix fixe menu offers a variety of starters and a choice of Jinjitsang dishes: Hwe-dupbap, Charcoal Grilled Pork Bulgogi, or Seolleongtang, with vegetarian options available. The meal begins with traditional favorites like Homemade Tofu with Aged Soy Sauce, Buckwheat and Mugunji Jeon, and Tangpyeong-chae (Jellyfish and Mungbean Jelly Salad with Hot Mustard Sauce). For mains, diners can select from Hwe-dup bap: Assorted Raw Seafood and Vegetables over Rice, Charcoal-Grilled Pork Bulgogi with Golden Queen’s Rice, Seolleongtang: Long-Simmered Beef Soup with Fresh Noodles or the vegetarian Jinjitsang. To finish, indulge in a Gotgam and Walnut Tartlet with Goguma Sikhye.

Na Oh also offers a seed-to-table experience, with many of its ingredients grown in HMGICS’s own vertical Smart Farm, producing crops like ice plant, red coral lettuce, Swiss chard, kale, and more, all contributing to the restaurant’s fresh, meticulously crafted dishes.

3. Mensho Tokyo Singapore

The renowned global ramen brand Mensho Tokyo has finally made its highly anticipated debut in Singapore, opening its first outlet at Raffles City.

Founded in 2005 by ramen master Chef Tomoharu Shono, Mensho Tokyo is dedicated to crafting the perfect bowl of ramen. Each dish is a harmonious blend of the five essential elements: sauce, soup, noodles, oil, and toppings. This has earned them numerous awards, including the Tokyo Ramen of the Year and Ramen Walker Grand Prix.

At the Singapore outlet, diners can expect a wide range of classic and innovative ramen options, including the popular Duck Matcha Ramen (S$28++), Garlic Knock Out Ramen (S$26++), and Chilli Crab Ramen (S$28++). The menu also features Singapore-exclusive dishes like the Chilli Crab Ramen (S$28++).

Beyond ramen, Mensho Tokyo Singapore offers a selection of mouthwatering sides, Japanese-inspired desserts and cocktails, making it a complete dining experience.

4. MoVida Original Singapore

MoVida Original, led by Chef Frank Camorra, is a renowned restaurant that has earned a coveted hat from Australia’s prestigious The Age Good Food Guide. Often credited with igniting Melbourne’s passion for modern Spanish cuisine, MoVida has become a beloved staple in the city’s dining scene.

Since its establishment in 2003 on Hosier Lane, MoVida Original has been celebrated for its outstanding tapas and sharing plates. Using Australian ingredients to create authentic Spanish flavors, the MoVida brand has since expanded across Melbourne and beyond, with five distinct concepts under its name.

Now, MoVida Original has arrived in Singapore, opening its doors at Raffles City (#03-43). Headed by Chef Adrian Clemmens, a founding team member and former Head Chef of MoVida Original in Melbourne, the Singapore branch promises the same exceptional quality and character. Alongside MoVida’s signature dishes, like the crowd-favorite seafood paella (S$75++), Chef Clemmens and his team have crafted exclusive creations tailored to Singapore’s palate. Highlights include grilled abalones in a rich butter emulsion (S$16++), lobster croquettes with a creamy filling (S$12++), and chicken liver parfait tartlets (S$8++), all perfectly complemented by an exciting selection of award-winning wines.

5. Wo Wo Dian (窝窝店 百年包子)

Wo Dian (窝窝店 百年包子), a renowned steamed bun and rice noodle specialist with a rich 130-year history has finally made its debut in Singapore. Their time-honoured bun-making process has been recognized as an intangible cultural heritage in Mianyang City. The brand’s first-ever store in the city is located at Raffles City Shopping Centre, bringing authentic Cantonese cuisine to the heart of Singapore.

Wo Wo Dian’s handmade steamed buns are truly exceptional due to their unique preparation method. The brand uses laomian, a traditional sourdough made from organic flour and fermented starter. This technique gives the buns a deep flavour and a distinctive texture, making them the perfect vessel for various fillings. 6. Ipoh Town Kopitiam

Ipoh Town Kopitiam, a new eatery in Singapore, is bringing the authentic flavours of Ipoh to the city. This charming kopitiam offers a nostalgic experience with its traditional Ipoh-style food and decor.

One of the highlights of Ipoh Town Kopitiam is their exclusive collaboration with the renowned Choy Kee Bakery Egg Tarts (S$2.40++ each). These iconic egg tarts, known for their flaky crust and creamy custard filling, are a must-try for any visitor. In addition to the egg tarts, Ipoh Town Kopitiam serves a variety of other Ipoh specialties, including Nasi Ayam Goreng Berempah ($12.90++), Ipoh Chicken Soup Hor Fun ($12.90++), and Fragrant Curry Toast with Soft Boiled Egg ($4.90++).

7. Tan Xiang Cai Shi

With seven thoughtfully curated F&B stalls, Tan Xiang Cai Shi is a foodie’s haven. A standout is the ‘Tan Xiang Charcoal Fish Head Steamboat,’ featuring seasonal pomfret fish, exclusively available here. Diners can enjoy a personalized tze char experience, with a personal chef preparing over 15 types of live seafood to their liking. Don’t miss the authentic taste of LA KOPI, a traditional Singaporean coffee blend, served daily from 2 PM to 5 PM.

Other tempting local options include The Padangton, offering Indonesian flavors, the comforting Bawang Pan Mee, Singapore’s iconic Ming Xing Chicken Rice, and the hearty, affordable Tai Pin Yang Mix Vegetable Rice.

In addition to these culinary delights, the restaurant boasts Instagrammable decor and a lively atmosphere, making for a fun and vibrant dining experience.

8. White Shades

White Shades, a renowned cocktail bar in Singapore, has unveiled its revamped Level 1, transforming the space into a vibrant highball haven. Step into the revamped space, adorned with bright neon signs and a disco ball, and be transported into a Japanese-inspired speakeasy.

White Shades offers an exquisite selection of highball cocktails, crafted to perfection by their skilled bartenders. The Japanese Kaku Highballs, available in five distinct styles—Classic, Yuzu, Umeshu, Genmaicha, and Shiso—offer a delicate balance of flavours that cater to various tastes. Enjoy a Kaku Highball for S$10++ during the bar’s Happiest Hour from 4pm to 6pm; S$12++ at Happy Hour from 6pm to 8pm; and S$14++ until midnight.

In addition to the highball haven, White Shades has also introduced a new bar-hopping experience called “Hop through the Shades.” For a set fee of S$100 nett, guests can explore all three levels of the bar, enjoying a drink at each stop.

9. Chain Kebuke 

Kebuke, one of Taiwan’s leading bubble tea chains, has finally debuted in Singapore with its first outlet at Taste Orchard. Known for its innovative and delicious drinks carefully crafted with premium ingredients, Kebuke has gained a loyal following with over 280 outlets in Taiwan and is now ready to captivate Singaporean tea lovers.

From their signature cheese tea series to seasonal specials, Kebuke keeps customers on their toes with exciting new flavors. 10. Kamome Bakery

Kamome Bakery, famed for its savoury Japanese-style bread, has just introduced a tempting selection of nine new baked delights perfect for satisfying your cravings.

Sweet lovers can indulge in the Matcha Ganache Croissant, Yuzu Honey Butter Croissant, Strawberry Shortcake, and Chocolate Tart. For something new, try unique creations such as the Sesame Mochi, Matcha Scone Sandwich, Apple Caramel Milk Cream, Namelaka Choco Bun, or Japanese doughnuts. If you prefer something savory, don’t miss the Aburi Mentaiko Tamagoyaki or the Curry Egg Danish. Whether you’re in the mood for sweet or savory, Kamome Bakery’s latest offerings are sure to please!
