Pâtisserie CLÉ’s flagship store is relocating to a charming shophouse in River Valley, situated at 415 River Valley Road by the end of November. This prime city location will provide convenient access to the homegrown brand’s finely crafted French pastries and entremets, which will be available for takeaway and delivery exclusively.
The patisserie’s speciality tarts and entremets will be a highlight, with each outlet offering exclusive creations. The River Valley flagship will feature the Apple Nutmeg Cake at S$10, paying homage to the area’s historical connection as a nutmeg plantation in the early 19th century. Pâtisserie CLÉ’s signature viennoiseries, including classic Croissants at $3.80 and Kouign Amann at S$5.40 and quick meal options, such as the Quiche Lorraine at S$5.60, Egg Salad Croissant Sandwich at $11, and Pesto Chicken Pasta Salad at S$10 for 150g, will also be offered exclusively at the River Valley location.
