Meat lovers have a new place to sink their teeth into, and it's a world-famous one that opened in October at the new Intercontinental hotel at Robertson Quay. The first restaurant in New York opened in 2004 by father and son Wolfgang and Peter Zwiener. Those who
know their steak would have tasted or at least know of their famous dry-aged USDA prime cuts of beef. A crowd pleaser is the Porterhouse steak that is first grilled in the broiler at about 800 degree celsius at varying duration, depending on how done you like your steak.
Décor is typical steakhouse – manly, with dark wood and leather.
