“The Black Swan is close to perfection. A good selection of cuts that cater to many, from the more refined marbling of a Tajima Wagyu striploin to a classically presented dry aged pure black angus prime rib steak. A favourite is the prime rib, with its robust beefy flavours when paired with a splash of the marrow and velvety peppercorn sauce.
