“The plush environment and stellar views from the 62nd floor are unbeatable. Then there’s the wave of gustatory pleasures that take over when tucking into the six-course constellation menu that gently evolves from amuse bouche to tajima wagyu main, before signing off with live theatrics at the table with the plated dessert. Food is dished out at a comfortable pace to allow for langurious conversations and lively tipples in between.
