Tucked away at Amoy Street, Dapper Coffee first made waves with the debut of its sparkly Unicorn Tears beverage, which ironically doesn’t come with any caffeine. Thankfully, its other brews are excellent, especially the Earl Grey Yuan-Yang, a concoction of ristretto, bergamot oil-infused milk and lavender.
