A brainchild from Chef Keisuke Takeda, Singapore’s first ever Japanese tendon restaurant Tendon Ginza Itsuki has gotten patrons waiting in line to sink their teeth into an assortment of fried delights. Aside from introducing the world of Japanese tendon to Singapore, the affordable price points could perhaps be what draw in the crowds. Hot favourites include Special Tendon of tempura prawns and chicken breasts going at $13.90, and the Vegetable Tendon at $12.90.
