Executive Chef Charles Dubois presents Balzac’s Valentine’s Day menu ($98++ per person). It begins with an Alsacian speciality for the amuse bouche – Flammekueche with Black Truffle paired with an Aperitif.
This is followed by the appetiser, Tartar of Mozambique Prawns with Caviar. Two selections are available for the main course: Roasted French Cod Fish with artichokes and a hearty dish of Braised and Glazed Spanish Pork Ribs.

“El Día del Amor y la Amistad”, or “Day of Love and Friendship” as Valentine’s Day is known in Mexico, is as much a celebration of friendship as well as romantic love.
The set dinner ($32 per person, minimum 2 diners) features Ceviche de Camarones, a refreshing shrimp and sea bass ceviche. The Pibil Pollo consists of tender chicken chunks that are first marinated in bitter orange and spices, then slow-cooked over a charcoal grill.
There is also a Taco Platter with Tilapia, Pork Belly and Chilli con Carne. Round off the meal with the Dessert of the Day, or snack on homemade Churros drizzled with chocolate sauce while enjoying a classic Mexican movie screening.
