Some participating brands include Jenny Bakery, Kam’s Roast, Mui Kee Congee, Social Place, as well as the newly opened Hang Heung and Joy Luck Teahouse (which houses Hoover Cake Shop, Kam Kee Café & Tak Hing Fishball Company). If you haven't heard of the crazily long queues at Joy Luck Teahouse, you're definitely missing out the good stuffs!

4. Kam’s Roast
Roast Goose is one of the most famous Hong Kong dishes in the world and the Yung Kee Restaurant has to be the most internationally acclaimed restaurant since its inception in 1942 on Wellington Street. In honor of his grandfather’s legacy, Mr Hardy Kam, set up Kam’s Roast Goose in 2014. Within four months of opening, the 36-seater restaurant at Wanchai earned a Michelin star. While you can only enjoy Roast Goose at its Hong Kong store, Kam’s Roast in Singapore is the first overseas outlet and serves a variety of mouthwatering dishes.
