Celebrate Easter the traditional Italian way with your loved ones, over a lavish ‘Italian Table’ Easter Brunch at Zafferano Italian Restaurant & Lounge. In the spirit of the season and Italian traditions, Head Chef Emanuele Faggi will be presenting a sharing-style feast that reflect how Italian families and friends have celebrated Easter over many generations.
Look forward to traditional Easter fare such as torta pasqualina, a spinach and ricotta cheese quiche; a magnificent dish of Tuscan-style roasted lamb with onion compote and lamb jus served with mustard sauce; as well as a resplendent Easter-themed desserts bar! If you have children, they can also have some hands-on Easter fun with the Easter Egg painting using chocolate sauce and colourful nonpareil sprinkles.
The brunch is available at $108++ per diner with free flow of Prosecco, house wines, beer, soft drinks, and coffee or tea; $138++ per diner with free flow of Champagne, Prosecco, house wines, beer, soft drinks, and coffee or tea.
