Just when you thought you couldn’t fit more sweet treats into a single tub of ice cream, Ben & Jerry’s proves us all wrong with their new core baked ice cream.

Their latest creation in their Core series ($16.50), manages to include our favourite baked goods in the best way possible.

There’s the Brownie Batter Core, which comes with chunks of fudge brownies swirled in chocolate and vanilla ice cream encasing a gooey brownie core.

For lovers of a good ol’ cheesecake, there’s the Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Core, wrapped in chocolate and cheesecake ice cream, packed with crunchy chocolate cookies and a divine cheesecake core.

Trust us, each spoonful is filled with so much textural goodness, it feels like we were devouring a pretty complex dessert. Of the two, the Brownie Batter Core won us over with its rich, fudgy taste.
