- 2 whole chicken thighs (Deboned and chopped)
- 4 dried shiitake mushrooms (Soaked in hot water until softened, drained and sliced)
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cm ginger, chopped
- ¼ cup dried shrimp (Soaked in hot water until softened, drained)
- 2 cups rice (Soaked in water for 30 minutes, drained)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 ½ cup water
- 1 spring onion, sliced
