The Halia at Singapore Botanic Gardens celebrates the Lunar New Year with its own Halia Yusheng, a combination of ginger marinated salmon, kumquat and plum sauce, shredded vegetables and roasted peanuts ($26++ for one, $88++ for ten people).

For an additional twist, order the Dragon Fruit Pudding served with Mandarin Granita, Orange and Sesame Crunch ($14++). Available from Jan 20 to Feb 13.
