Timbre+ opens on Apr 1.
Well-travelled foodies know that open air food halls and food truck zones are a common sight in places like Australia, New York and even Bangkok. Now, the local food scene is catching up.
Hot on the heels of PasarBella@Suntec is Timbre, Timbre Group’s latest food and beverage venture at one-north.
Opening Apr 1, the mammoth 24,000sqf food hall will be offering a diverse selection of restaurant-grade food and casual eats at affordable prices, enlivened by multi-dimensional entertainment experiences.
Expect high ceilings, colourful shipping containers and vintage Airstream travel trailers.
A total of 35 F&B partners are located at Timbre+. Out of these, 14 are restaurants and outfits helmed by chef-owners and F&B entrepreneurs, and two stalls are run by new-generation hawkers.
The rest are traditional mom-and-pop hawker stalls, most of them retained from the old food centre with a couple of new ones. Timbre will also operate a self-service bottle shop serving boutique and less mainstream beers.
Here are 10 stalls you should make a beeline for, once the gastropark opens.

Many of these events will be held within the gastropark as well as on the secondary outdoor area, which is adaptable for a variety of events.
