6. Ichiban Boshi, Ichiban Sushi and Kuriya Japanese Market
RE&S welcomes the Year of the Dragon with a delightful array of auspicious and flavorful offerings spanning all concepts. Japanese flavors and ingredients are seamlessly integrated into Chinese New Year Delights by Ichiban Boshi, Ichiban Sushi, and Kuriya Japanese Market. Gather around the table and usher in the Year of the Dragon with the best-selling Sashimi Yuzu Yu Sheng (from S$39.80), featuring thick slices of the freshest Norwegian salmon adorned with the signature house special yuzu dressing. Making a triumphant return this year is the group’s flagship dish, the Japanese Treasure Pot (S$268 nett, good for 6 persons) , now enhanced with indulgent additions like sea cucumber and fish maw.
This year’s new menu is the Golden Salmon Abundance (S$88 nett), showcasing a pavé of salmon encased in a Yuzu-marinated longan crust, baked to perfection. Other favorites include the Yuzu Prosperity Duck, the Abalone Stuffed Roast Chicken with a teriyaki glaze; and the fragrant and peppery Arima Sansho Pork Knuckle.
