Gather around the table and usher in the Year of the Dragon with the best-selling Sashimi Yuzu Yu Sheng (from S$39.80), featuring thick slices of the freshest Norwegian salmon adorned with the signature house special yuzu dressing. This year’s new menu is the Golden Salmon Abundance (S$88 nett), showcasing a pavé of salmon encased in a Yuzu-marinated longan crust, baked to perfection.
