Family-friendly restaurants can be a haven for parents who’ve had to suffer dirty looks from fellow diners who get annoyed by the little ones running around or making a lot of noise.
To make things easier for you this June holidays, we’ve rounded up six wonderful cafes and restaurants that will welcome your children with open arms — complete with special kids’ menus, a bouncy castle, a crafts corner or colourful, themed interiors!

Big Street – Great For The Whole Family
For a dining destination that’s bound to please all generations, head to Big Street. The cafe, which has been accredited by the Ministry of Social & Family Development as a pro-family and handicapped friendly F&B establishment, offers promising elements of local delights and a fun-filled space.
The little ones can play in a child-safe attic with kid-size furniture and activities while the adults entertain themselves with a magnetic dart board. Rumbling bellies will be satisfied with healthy menu items like Hainanese Kampong Chicken Rice cooked without chicken oil, Satay with signature sauce, seafood loaded Fried Kway Teow and Fragrant Crabmeat Fried Rice.
