Family-friendly restaurants can be a haven for parents who’ve had to suffer dirty looks from fellow diners who get annoyed by the little ones running around or making a lot of noise.
To make things easier for you this June holidays, we’ve rounded up six wonderful cafes and restaurants that will welcome your children with open arms — complete with special kids’ menus, a bouncy castle, a crafts corner or colourful, themed interiors!

Pompompurin Café — Character-Themed Fun
Be prepared to let your kids run wild at the newly-opened Pompompurin Cafe. The adorable Sanrio character-themed café offers 1,900sq ft of Instagram-worthy space with Purin wallpaper, cutlery and table mats among others.
Request to be seated at one of the four-seater booths or “Tomodachi House” (translated as “Friends House”) — each featuring one of Purin’s friends like Bagel the Squirrel, Coconut the Monkey, Mint the Frog and Macaroon the Golden Retriever.
Adults and children alike will be enthralled by the menu, which offers family-friendly selections such as Mushroom & Bacon Carbonara and Banana & Caramel Pancake — all beautifully plated with Purin motifs.
