To celebrate Singapore’s 55th birthday, Zafferano Italian Restaurant & Lounge offer a special National Day Champagne Brunch on 8 and 9 August 2020. Not to forget, an exquisite four-course dinner on Sunday.
The National Day Champagne Brunch starts from 2pm to 3pm, start with a welcome cocktail of Singapore Sling then indulge in a splendid selection of perennial Italian favourites served to the table. All these are accompanied by unlimited pours of Champagne, sparkling wine, house red and white wines. The spread features an alluring array of ten starters, four main courses, and three desserts to conclude on a blissful note. All these for S$118++ per person.
As for the four-course dinner from 6pm onwards, it includes orange-cured foie gras accentuated with raspberry & Moscato, house-made tagliolini with fresh Hokkaido sea urchin and sudachi.
For a truly exclusive experience, diners can choose to enjoy their dinner at S$298++ per person at the Terrace Lounge with breath-taking spectacle of the National Day fireworks at the Marina Waterfront but is limited to a maximum of 20 seats only.
