What is your favourite bread in the range and why?
My favourite bread is “Five Blessings”. It’s nutritious, tasty and looks good – what’s not to love?!

What are 5 must-dos for someone visiting Taiwan for the first time and why?
- Visit the Keelung Miaokou Night Market – it features lots of food and snacks that are unique to the Keelung area and can’t be found elsewhere in Taiwan. I personally love Keelung food!
- Find the Queen’s Head at Yehliu – Yehliu is famous for its geopark, because there’s an iconic rock formation called the Queen’s Head that looks like a woman’s profile. Certainly a must-see that’s easily accessible from Taipei.
- Jiufen’s picturesque town. It’s perched on a mountain and has great views of the mountains and sea, in addition to lots of little shops.
- Catch the sunrise or sunset on Yangminshan – Conveniently located in Taipei, via a bus ride into the mountains.
- Visit Taroko Gorge in Hualien – this is a spectacular gorge with beautiful clear waters. If you have time and a car, I recommend driving along the coastline.
