Thank you! Just like BreadTalk’s most famous buns, I want the breads I make to tell a story. “First Love” is a sweet pink bun filled with a strawberry jam that’s been blended with rose petals. As the name suggests, it’s my interpretation of a young, blossoming relationship.
“Five Blessings” is loaded with nutritious ingredients like red quinoa, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds and more – symbolising a toast to longevity, prosperity, health, virtue and good living.
“Circle of Life” is a tribute to my fellow bakers. Made with a longan and walnut filling, the bun is finished with a dusting of crushed roasted pistachios, a reminder that with enough perseverance, life’s rocky roads will eventually lead to sweet success.
