If your choice of grub happens to be the greasy and messy, yet finger-licking sort, this pop-up will be right up your alley.
The collaborators in question are Wolf Burgers’ Chef Sarah Lin and Bird Bird’s Bjorn Shen, both known for their crowd-pleasing, delicious comfort food.
The pop-up, happening from now till 31 Dec at Ann Siang Hill, will feature special versions of Wolf Burgers’ original fare.
The burger joint’s quality meat will be paired with premium toppings like truffled porcini mushrooms and blue cheese.
Diners can expect punchy Asian flavours injected into the burgers.
Plus, there’ll be a seasonal special, Wolf’s Bird Burger, to get you right in the festive mood with the likes of juicy turkey and turkey crackling, topped with cranberry jam.
Needless to say, Chef Bjorn will also be adding his creative touch. Diners can expect punchy Asian flavours injected into the burgers — think sweet Thai chilli slaw on fried chicken burger and red curry mayo slaw atop the beef burger.
Because burgers and milkshake are a match made in heaven, the menu will also offer boozy milkshakes like Bailey’s Horlicks Milkshakes and Kahlua Dark Chocolate Milkshakes.
