Ladies and gentlemen, the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants are announced!
After two years in the top spot in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Singapore’s very own modern French restaurant Odette takes the No.2 position in 2021 while retaining the title of The Best Restaurant in Singapore. Chey Julien Royer sources the highest quality products from specialist artisans across the world – from Europe to Asia and Australia. Every dish at Odette is fresh, delicious and also beautifully plated. Located in the historic National Gallery Singapore, designed by local artist Dawn Ng, is utterly elegant.
There are also 7 other Singapore restaurants that make the list too. The three newcomers that make the list are Cloudstreet (No.31), Restaurant Labyrinth (No.40) and Restaurant Euphoria (No.41).
Other Singapore restaurants to make the ranking are Les Amis (No.13), Burnt Ends (No.14), Zén (No.23) and Jaan by Kirk Westaway (No.42).
