4. Mandarin Eggnog – MO Bar
Concocted by Bar Manager Michele Mariotti, this festive cocktail is made with rum, zabaglione – a mixture of Oloroso sherry, egg yolk and sugar – and Chai milk. This indulgent drink can be served hot or cold, at $24++ per glass, or $16++ for a non-alcoholic version.
