Beyond religion and bouncing bunnies, we'll celebrate Easter whole-heartedly if it means more feasting
So here are some terrific dining options to consider for the long weekend.
7. Caffe Fernet
The long weekend is made fabulous with the gastronomic offerings at Cafe Fernet. From 30 March to 1 April, chow down on the restaurant’s Easter specials such as the Grilled Red Snapper ($44) that is adorned with sun-dried tomato and Calabrian chilli. and the delicious pairing of lamb and frose, where you can choose a lamb variant of the red wine-braised lamb-stuffed ‘Piedmontese’ Ravioli ($28) or the traditional Roasted Lamb Rack ($46) to go along with rivers of refreshing Forse ($15 per glass/$68 per pitcher), available in strawberry and watermelon flavours. With a waterfront view to boot, the restaurant will also boast an Easter egg decoration kiosk to keep kids entertained with some arts and craft fun!
