Themed "Savour Singapore in Every Bite", the 24th edition of Singapore Food Festival (SFF) returns with gusto from 14 to 30 July.
This year, the festival will pay tribute to our multi-faceted local food scene, as well as honour the talented individuals who have worked tirelessly to place Singapore at the cutting-edge of the culinary realm.
Here are seven events to look out for:
7. Open Stoves
Make your way to Open Stoves to feast on tasty collaborative dishes between young hawkers and restaurant chefs, happening from 28 to 30 July at 12pm.
The event will showcase new-generation hawkers and restaurant chefs as they team up to create specially designed dishes including Crispy Braised Duck Burger and Hokkien Mee, French Bouillabaisse Broth Style and Fresh Seafood.
If you have time to kill, stay for Wok This Way that takes places from 5pm every evening. Three live wok stations will be serving delicious street food, with its intoxicating charred aroma filling the sky.
