Singapore Cocktail Festival returns with a line-up of high-octane activities from 16 to 21 Mar, where a six-day calendar of masterclasses, cocktail competitions and festival village await.
With bars and restaurants alike rolling out specialty cocktail creations and menus, it's easy to be spoilt for choice.
Among the value-for-money promotions we've spotted, Mitzo comes up tops with its $60++ cocktail and dim sum pairing menu.
The progressive Cantonese restaurant will be serving five rounds of modern dim sum creations, each paired with a cocktail for the duration of the festival.

4. Crispy Duck Roll X Shiso Mojito
The Shiso Mojito cocktail is an outstanding take on the classic Cuban highball. The use of orange zest infused Havana 3yrs rum added a caramelised sweetness that was nicely countered by a slight cinnamon taste from the shisho leaves. That said, we felt it didn’t quite complement the meaty, though dull-tasting Crispy Duck Roll.
