Because Singaporeans love food as much as life itself, it comes as no surprise that our calendar of culinary events continues to dazzle year after year.
One marquee event is the World Gourmet Summit (WGS), now in its 21st year running.
From 20 Mar to 16 Apr, die-hard foodies and gourmands can expect to discover exquisite cuisine from a new generation of chefs representing at least 16 countries.
As Asia’s premier food and wine festival, WGS will feature gourmet affairs, masterclasses, events and exclusive WGS menus at award-winning and much-loved dining establishments in Singapore.

5. Canadian Flavours
How familiar are you with Canadian cuisine, apart from poutine?
Those curious for a taste, should check out the Canadian Flavours event on 28 Mar, featuring chef Quentin Glabus.
The chef, who is a representative of Canadian embassies around the world, will be whipping up new culinary creations using Canadian products for a true blue gastronomic experience.
