Because Singaporeans love food as much as life itself, it comes as no surprise that our calendar of culinary events continues to dazzle year after year.
One marquee event is the World Gourmet Summit (WGS), now in its 21st year running.
From 20 Mar to 16 Apr, die-hard foodies and gourmands can expect to discover exquisite cuisine from a new generation of chefs representing at least 16 countries.
As Asia’s premier food and wine festival, WGS will feature gourmet affairs, masterclasses, events and exclusive WGS menus at award-winning and much-loved dining establishments in Singapore.

4. Mucho Mexico Dinner
If you fancy Mexican cuisine, don’t miss out on the Mucho Mexico Dinner on 30 Mar.
Chef Daniel Ovadía will be taking over the kitchen at El Mero Mero and showcasing the best of Mexican flavours.
As a rising culinary star icon in Mexico, he is known for his innovative cooking style and has even received the national award for “Best Mexican Restaurant” in the young restaurant entrepreneur category.
