For something a little different, head over to Seasonal Tastes for a buffet inspired by the flavours of Thailand. Have Tom Yum Goong with a side of Pad Thai and finish off mango sticky rice and Thai milk tea. Thai food is not the only thing on the menu as no buffet would be complete without a plethora of crustaceans like Canadian lobsters, freshly shucked oysters, scallops, mussels and prawns. You can even get a roasted striploin from the carving station!
Price: $68++ per person (Sunday to Thursday) and $82++ per person (Friday and Saturday)
Where: Seasonal Tastes. The Westin Singapore, Level 32, 12 Marina View, Asia Square Tower 2, Singapore 018961.
When: 6:00pm to 10:00pm daily from 18 – 31 July.
