4. Summer of Gin
Sydney’s West Hotel has launched a Summer of Gin collaboration with hip local distillery, Archie Rose Distilling Co. The Summer of Gin menu will be served at Solander Dining and Bar and offers fragrant gin-based cocktails like Lemon Myrtle Gin Fizz and tempting tastes such as Archie Rose-infused chicken wings and ginger-gin chilli prawns. The G&T-inspired menu is available daily and on Friday nights guests can kick back and listen to lush tunes in the open-air jungle atrium.
