4. Culinary collabs not to be missed

What do you get when one or two culinary masterminds are gathered for some kitchen action? A dizzying, titillating, and gut-busting, gastronomic experience, of course!

With the return of STREAT, look out for the four-hands pop-up restaurant led by both by Michelin-worthy chefs of Chef Emmanuel Stroobant of one Michelin-starred Saint Pierre and Chef Haikal Johari of one Michelin-starred Alma, happening on 13 and 14 July in shifts. The five-course meal ($60 per pax) will showcase some of chefs’ signature dishes, before concluding with a dessert crafted together by these two revered figures.

Also mark your calendars for 25 and 26 July for Time Out Singapore Balik Kampong Heritage Dinner that explores the multi-faceted depths of Eurasian, Peranakan, Malay and Chinese food. Taking charge of the seven-course dinner ($150 per pax, including alcohol pairing) are the culinary geniuses of Damian D’Silva of Folklore, Han Li Guang of Labyrinth, Haikal Johari of Alma by Juan Amador and Pang Kok Keong of Antoinette team.
