3. Taland Tamarind: A Thai Night Market

On 8 Apr, watch as the historic, colonial bungalow of Tamarind Hill is transformed into a bustling Thai street market complete with outdoor grills and street food stalls.

Here, diners can savour more than 25 truly authentic Thai creations from Tamarind Hill’s team of Thai chefs, helmed by Chef Wanthana who has been nominated for Chefs’ Choice (Asian Cuisine) in this year’s World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.

The spread, fit for royalty, features traditional Thai dishes ranging from salads to grilled meats and even curries. Don’t miss out on classic favourites like Tom Yam Goong (Creamy Red Tom Yam with Prawns) and Moo Ping (Grilled Pork).
