1. Lawry’s Signature Roasted Prime Rib of Beef

Usually touted as “the best prime rib in the world” by numerous customers at Lawry’s, nothing comes close to Lawry’s Signature Prime Rib of Beef! An impressive prime rib, also known as a standing rib roast, consist of six or seven bones. Lawry’s USDA prime beef is aged up for at least 21 days in a controlled environment to increase tenderness and is air flown from USA. The beef is then, slowly roasted for hours until the exterior is the colour of the darkest mahogany and interior of rosy pink from edge to edge and meat is supple, deeply succulent and the flavour is enhanced. Absolute perfection!
