Chopsuey Cafe’s Lucky Lunar Lo Hei, available from 5 February to 2 March, is kind of like an ang moh yu sheng that touts an ingredient list of the trendy kale, celeriac, blueberries and rice. Thankfully, we spot the familiars of traditional pok chui crackers, grounded nuts, and carrot shreds in the mix. Trout is used in the cafe’s rendition of the Lunar New Year staple.

Available at Chopsuey Cafe outlets including 10 Dempsey Road, #01-23, Singapore 247700 & 38 Martin Road, #01-02, Singapore 239059
