The Dark Gallery smooths out the rough edges of unrestrained chocolate addicts with its alluring array of confections, where some variations might require you sit back and reflect on the complex blend of flavours. Start the polished, but still very indulgent experience with the Single Origin Dark Chocolate Ice Cream Platter ($12), featuring three chocolate scoops from Madagascar, Dominican Republic and Venezuela, or scoff down The Chocolate Rhapsody ($18) of the cafe’s dark, milk and white chocolate on a bed of crunchy chocolate crumbs.
