For the Dad who loves brunch: Summer Hill
This Father’s Day, homegrown bistro Summer Hill is having a weekend of special set menus and a free-flow brunch for the family to gather around and enjoy!
Choose from two options for the Father’s Day Weekend Sets (pre-order required): Seafood Mariniere ($180, serves 2-3) – a pot of fresh seafood including live crabs, Spring Bay mussels, white clams cooked in white wine & garlic, served warm sourdough and a variety of condiments to dip into; or the Cape Grim Prime Rib Set ($280, serves 3-4), where Cape Grim premium grass-fed Prime Rib MBS 2+ is basted in thyme, garlic & butter with fine beans in warm tomato vinaigrette & duck fat roasted potatoes. Each set comes with a variety of sides and a sweet platter of house made desserts, and is available for dine-in or takeaway – perfect for a weekend picnic!
Or, for a bit of everything, take Dad to the Father’s Day Free-Flow Brunch Plates ($80 per person, +$40 per person for free-flow Prosecco & wines), where Summer Hill will be serving up all its signatures including a roasted beef daube, ratatouille tart with poached egg & green chilli persillade, quiches, french onion & gruyere tartines and more. This a la carte buffet comes out with fresh plates from the kitchen to your table. Order as much as you’d like, but save space for the desserts!

Available from Friday 14th June to Sunday 16th June (for dine-in or takeaway). Not available during Father’s Day Brunch. Sets must be pre-ordered at least 2 days ahead. Regular a la carte menus will still be available.
