Highlights include appetisers such as the Prawn Sashimi with Shiso and Soba Noodles paired with the Taittinger Brut Réserve; and Foie Gras with Ochazuke Rice, Green Tea, Plum paired with the Riesling, Schloss Lieser. Choose from three amazing mains including the Rhug Organic Lamb Rump with Seaweed Marinated, Smoked Eggplant, Piperade; and Roasted Eggplant with Spiced Shiitake, Potato and Miso Butter. There’s also a delicate White Chocolate Peach with Vanilla Custard & Yuzu Curd – perfect if you have a sweet tooth!
Prices start at $108++ per pax for the four-course menu, with an additional $32++ for a glass of Champagne and wine for the main course, and an additional $52++ for the full wine pairing.
