What’s new to Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant is their Super Seeds Mixed Nuts mooncake ($76) that packs a nutritional punch of wholesome elements.
Their all-time favourite snow skin mooncakes – Mini Snow Skin Champagne, Lychee Martini, and Sea Salt Truffle Dark Chocolate can also be found in the hotel this year.
