8. JB Ah Meng
Among the many supper spots in Geylang, JB Ah Meng ranks among my favourite. Its signature JB San Lou Bee Hoon is a plate of silky smooth and flavourful vermicelli, fried to perfection with charred bits all around. Similarly delightful are their White Pepper Crabs, cooked in a garlicky sauce and melding perfectly with the crustacean’s natural sweetness.
