You’ll experience a vintage Christmas when easing into 1919 Waterboat House, which will be decked out in retro ornaments, garlands, posters and more Yuletide decor. The establishment will also be offering three festive menus, alongside a scrumptious Christmas Day brunch. Dishes offered are traditional Christmas favourites that have been given a touch of French influence, featuring highlights such as butternut squash soup and pan-seared foie gras with ginger caramel. The three-course Christmas set lunch ($35 per pax) is available until 22 December, while the four-course meal is offered from 18 to 23 December. There will then be a Christmas Eve five-course dinner menu ($95), before the festivities culminate with the Christmas day brunch ($88 per pax).
