Joël Robuchon Restaurant, Singapore’s only three Michelin star restaurant, will be serving an assortment of exquisite festive dishes this Christmas. Diners can expect to enjoy signature items like Wild salmon tartare with Imperial caviar and saffron crisps, Beef châteaubriand and foie gras, and “Rossini” style with soufflé potatoes and port reduction.
Joël Robuchon Restaurant’s 8-course Christmas menu is priced at $488 per person; available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
