Un Menú Glorioso De Pascua
(A Glorious Easter Feast, $26 per person, minimum 4 pax) is available from Apr 18 to 20. Be prepared for a staggering eight-dish affair. The Easter fiesta includes the intriguing Cuello de Pollo (fried chicken neck seasoned with salt and white pepper), moreish Spicy Mozzarella Fritters, fiery Pollo Rojo (grilled ‘red’ chicken with chilli pepper sauce), tempura Crispy Dory Fillet with Guacamole, and sweet char-grilled Elote (corn with butter and cheese). Champagne Brunch ($158++) on Sundays at the Edge in Pan Pacific Singapore just got a whole lot sweeter. Apart from their usual intercontinental brunch fare, they also have an assortment of 20 different-flavoured chocolate Easter eggs. Artisan Boulangerie Co.

Artisan Boulangerie Co. has cute little spiral-shaped Brioche Bunnies with chocolate chips.

The hot cross buns are coated with a sticky apricot glaze and filled with sultana, fresh apples and orange zest, then flavoured with cinnamon. Made fresh daily and available until Apr 21.

Baker & Cook

West-siders, rejoice. Baker & Cook has opened an outlet at Chip Bee Gardens in Holland Village, and just in time for Easter. The hot cross buns with sultanas and currants come in a pack of six and are made fresh daily.

The spice blend with spices such as cinnamon, coriander and cloves is made in-house. Baker & Cook also has gingerbread Easter bunnies and chocolate hot cross buns.

Shangri-La Singapore presents an enchanting line-up of Easter goodies and buffets for adults and kids. Executive Pastry Chef Hervé Potus has created new Easter confectionery for sale at The Line Shop.

Known for its efforts to support wholesome eating, Cedele by The Bakery Depot does the same with its Easter offerings. Familiar favourites such as the Classic Apple Cinnamon, Chocolate Walnut and the savoury Cheese Onion Mustard Hot Cross Buns make a return.
