RoundHouse serves western grub in a tranquil and historical stable in the old Turf City
Looking for a new place to take the family? Try RoundHouse, which is nestled in the quiet enclave of Turf City.
Radio DJ Vernetta Lopez and her husband Wayne Gladwin took over what used to be Picotin and changed it into a family-friendly establishment.
Pizzas and More
RoundHouse serves thin-crusted pizzas such as the Loco Lopez ($24) with cheddar, capers, beef salami, jalapeno and chilli padi for a spicy kick, as well as milder flavours such as Honolulu ($22) with honey baked ham, pineapple and onion.
They also have starters such as the Seafood Bouillabaisse ($32) with halibut fillet, prawns, mussels and potato and saffron rouille and Wild Mushroom Soup ($14) with truffle oil and toast.
Hot Grilled Items
Beef lovers can rejoice at the Black Angus Beef. Have a rib eye ($35) or a huge Cote de Boeuf ($80) which can serve at least two to three people. Add half a grilled Boston Lobster ($38) for your very own surf and turf meal.
All beef steaks come without sides and are served with a sauce of your choice. Choose from red wine jus to Dijon mustard.
RoundHouse also does a weekend brunch and a Sunday roast. Check out www.roundhouse.com.sg for the full menu and for pizza deliveries.
